Paul Torlina

Paul Torlina joined Blake & Uhlig, P.A. in 2016 after 12 years of experience in litigation on behalf of ERISA multiemployer plans on issues of delinquency collection, withdrawal liability, and ERISA subrogation as well as representation of local labor unions in grievance arbitration.  He now focuses his practice on litigation involving ERISA and labor organizations and their members in federal and state courts and before government agencies and arbitration panels.  

Mr. Torlina also provides his clients with assistance and counsel regarding collective bargaining, contract administration, union governance, and strategic planning.  Mr. Torlina has experience prosecuting and defending claims in state and federal courts as well as appearing before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Mr. Torlina graduated from Saint Louis University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History, and received his law degree in 2003 from the Saint Louis University School of Law, where he also received a Health Law Certificate.
