Ashley Dong joined Blake & Uhlig in 2022 after graduating with honors from Emory University School of Law. She focuses her practice on employee benefits and provides advice to employee-benefit plans on legal compliance with ERISA, the tax code, and other federal and state laws.
While in law school, Ms. Dong served as a managing editor for the Emory International Law Review and received an award for Excellence in Editorial Management. She completed multiple courses in transactional law and earned a Certificate in Transactional Law and Skills. Ms. Dong also served as treasurer of the Association of International Law Students during the 2021-22 academic year.
Ms. Dong gained practical experience through her externship with the Gwinnett County Law Department, internship with the Cobb County Solicitor-General’s Office, research assistant work with Professor Michael Broyde, and various volunteer work.
