Charles Schwartz

Charles R. Schwartz received his J.D. from the University of Kansas in May 1989. He was an Editor for the Kansas Law Review. After graduating, Mr. Schwartz served as a law clerk for two Federal District Court judges for the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, from 1989 to 1991 with Hon. Frank G. Theis, and from 1991 to 1993 with Hon. Monti L. Belot. Mr. Schwartz has practiced at Blake & Uhlig since 1993, and is a Partner. His primary area of practice is federal court litigation, which has included prosecuting and defending multi-employer plans in ERISA actions.
