Toni Martin joined Blake & Uhlig, P.A. as an associate in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Martin gained experience in labor and employment law while working as a law clerk at a non-profit and a law firm, and while working at the Employment and Civil Litigation Clinic at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Additionally, prior to joining the firm Ms. Martin worked as a judicial extern.
Ms. Martin graduated magna cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2021 and is a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as a member of the Kent Justice Foundation and the Labor and Employment Law Society, and was an executive board member of the Society of Women in Law. Ms. Martin also received the Dean’s Distinguished Public Service Award and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Employment Discrimination.
Ms. Martin received her bachelor’s degree in 2016 in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University and received minors in Leadership Studies, Business, and Women’s Studies.
