For nearly 50 years, Blake & Uhlig has specialized in the representation of unions and employee benefit funds throughout the United States.

Our attorneys come from diverse backgrounds and represent public and private sector unions and employee benefit funds in a wide array of industries, including construction, transportation, utility, and service.


During the summer of 2022, the summer law clerk will be given exposure to Blake & Uhlig’s practice areas, perform legal research assignments, and assist with various proceedings and events, including arbitrations, trials and client meetings. Blake & Uhlig proudly participates in the Diversity, Outreach, Opportunities, and Recruitment (DOOR) Program of the Lawyers Coordinating Committee, AFL-CIO.

Requirements Include: Blake & Uhlig welcomes applications from law students wishing to serve as a summer law clerk at our firm. We expect applicants to have a demonstrated interest in the fields of labor and/or employee benefits.
